judygram Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Gosh Laurie, I didn't know it was a holiday but yes I am well aware that the days are very short as it gets dark very quickly in the evenings, its practically dark by the time I get home from work.

Just as March 21 will be the first day of Spring (that's an equinox - equal day and night). Autumn equinox is Sept 21 and Summer Solstice is June 21. Geez, I'm a nerd...
