Do African Grey's attack house spiders?

 

I'm in a quite an old house and there are quite a few house spiders. Will Gizmo be scared of them or attack them??

I suppose it depends on the grey. Liath is afraid of creepy crawlies of all description even flies! Oisin completely ignores them as if he doesnt even see them. Which is weird because Oisin is afraid of EVERYTHING!

My 4 greys take no notice,but to be honest they dont get too many spiders in their bird room.My macaw is petrified of anything flying near her It depends on the individual grey im sure.

my birds could care less if there is the odd bug around I live in a very rual area so we have lots of different things around and sometimes not often we get the odd bug. my birds pretty much don't even take notice. Me on the other hand hate bugs of any kind they are not allowed in my house. I have a thing called a rodent repeller and it alos keeps the bugs away.

Well I will have to catch me a daddy long legs and see what Josey does with it, I also live in the rural country but I don't have too many bugs inside the house as I have one of those electronic repellents too.:blink:

Makena just "one eyes it" if it is crawling around. He gets really spooked at anything that flies though!

 

One time in Hawaii I noticed him fixated on something. I went over to see what he was looking at and it was a HUGE roach crawling up the wall. YUCK!!!! I definitely don't miss Hawaii!!!!!!
