Does anyone have a grey that is a picker? How did you help alleviate the problem /

Mine pulls feathers out when I go to work. Now I'm unemplyed they are all growing back in. Will try this Parrot Palm fruit extract stuff to enchance feathers......

I've never had a bird that plucked, but if you can't absolutely link the plucking to a change in the bird's environment (e.g., it started plucking when you introduced another bird into the house, or moved it's cage, etc.) then you might consider bringing it to your vet to rule out anything physiological.
