Our baby is 10 weeks (tomorrow) and has some dried formula on his chest feathers.Any advice on how to get it off? the breeder lady told us that baby will clean it himself... We have had him for just a week and his already 'n great friend to have around...

I also think your baby will clean it up himself. Has he ever had a bath?

Post edited by: FairY, at: 2007/02/02 19:20

Not yet. Was not sure when to introduce this bathing thing... should I wet him completely? We have really hot weather, 32ded C.

I think it'll have to be spontaneous Japie. Just leave a bath an option he can take if he feels like it. I've heard of AG's taking a bath already at the age of 4 months....

howzit fairY!

Japie had his first bath... Not sure if he "loved" it, but definately enjoyed trying to drink the fine mist... I have posted a picture of him on my profile, all wet! All the flapping and waving his wings was caught on video.

Ohhhh Japie, isn't he just gorgeous!! Sooo sweet  He looks as if he'd like to say "have you got what you want now?"

Thanks for placing the pic.
