Safe Hardwood Floors

I have two Greys, and I am planning on getting prefinished hardwood floors. Are there any types of wood I should stay away from in case it gets chewed by accident?

I just had a prefinished hardwood floor put down in my dining room today and I don't think there is any way Josey could chew on it, being flat to the floor there is no exposed edge for her to get a hold of.
