Greytness Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 In the past 3 weeks, Maalik has suddenly barraged us with a whole new vocabulary set, imitations and sounds. He's 15 months old now. He imitates something from each of our other 7 bird's vocabulary, laughs exactly like our Panama Amazon to the point where I don't know who's laughing, and threading together more word strings. Today he said, 'Play ball!', something we never say, so he must have picked it up from the TV. I'm thoroughly enjoying this! But let's hope that he doesn't pick up our dogs' barking. Then I'll shoot myself!

judygram Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Josey imitates my laugh perfectly and this past weekend I went to Parrot Mountain in Pigeon Forge and there was an amazon that got on my shoulder and mimicked my laugh so well but I loved it.
