Greycie got hold of one and tried inhaling it like she does with all things that she really really likes and can't eat fast enough. I just happened to look at the ingredients list and noticed how clean it was. Pretty good list for a processed food. We only give it as a treat. Kashi Heart to Heart toasted oat cereal.
judygram Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I would reserve it as an occasional treat, the second ingredient is sugar which is not good considering it comes before most of the grain included in the cereal, added salt is in there too.
