As you know I am a retired person, but retirement is not every thing that its cracked up to be.

So I took a part time job at Wal Mart that has turned out to be a part time full time retirement job.

Any way last week they asked if I would be Santa Claus at the Chardon Wal Mart store and I said yes.

Last weekend things went along very well and I was enjoying being Santa.

Well today a seven year old girl came in and sat on the bench with me so I asked her what her name was and she told me. I than asked her if she was a good girl and she said yes. The next question was what do you want for Christmas and rattled off a very very long list of toys that she wanted.

When she finished telling me she gave me a hand written list so I would not forget anything that she wanted. She than handed another paper that had pictures cut out of a toy catalog of all the toys she wanted so I would get the right ones. She than handed me a third paper with two 20%coupons. I almost wet in my Santa Claus suit.

True story that happened to me today at the Chardon Wal Mart.

It sounds like she worked really hard on that list and gave it a lot of thought. The coupons were a sweet touch.

Of course, you did the smart thing and quietly give the list, pictures and coupons to the parent that came along. Right Santa.

I'll bet the Ho Ho Ho came rolling right out of you naturally Ray. You are going to have some wonderful memories and really good stories to tell about your "retirement". Kudos Santa.
