Quick Hello .. Computer Problems

Hello! No idea what my 10-year-old did but my PC was toast yesterday morning. Spent FOUR HOURS on the phone with Dell trying to get it fixed. Am now installing a back-up and recovery system to an external hard drive (which I've been MEANING to do). It is also a very busy week w/a friend's 50th b-day and another friend's wedding. So, if you don't see me around for a few days I have not gone anywhere just sucking wind with my PC problems and friends events . Take care!!!
