plucked or moulted?

Does these look plucked or molted? 4 of them dropped out of my grey over the past hour and he seems to be extremely irritated tonight too. I'm pretty sure they're molted because they don't really look damaged but I just wanted to make sure. He's 8 months old btw.

They're all dead feathers. Tips of shafts are all dried out. Irritation and a short fuse on the bird's part can happen when they undergo their first major molt since infancy. They looked like they fell out which is normal. He probably won't be as aggitated when his next molt comes.
