While many of us know that there's little fun to be had with our current weather, it could be worse... much worse. Saw this in the news this am

I have been watching this too and feel so helpless and they just had torrential rains not too long ago that caused devastating floods and now this, I hope and pray that everyone gets to higher ground and stays safe.

Yasi is now starting to weaken, sending prayers for those affected. Here in Texas we are having rolling blackouts lasting about 45 min to an hour at a time. Having to go bring birds inside at the Sanctuary after work as our heat lamps are affected.

My oldest granddaughter is Australian, well duel citizenship, Allie is in the US now, but she has many family there so, I pray all is well Down Under.
