Not all parrots will talk even ones that are known to talk, may not do so. That does not make them any less enjoyable or loveable as a pet. A lot of times people buy birds for the wrong reason, I am not saying of course that you are but just a reminder that you may buy a bird even a CAG and it may not talk. Will this be your first bird?
