Small cut on toe

Hello, my grey Lilly got a small cut on her toe while playing. It is just deep enough to make it bleed. Since it is such a superficial cut I don't think bringing her to the vet is necessary yet I do want to clean it. I was thinking of using alcohol. Does anyone know if this is safe or know of something better I could use.

Thanks, no alcohol, use hydrogen peroxide diluted 10-1 [1 part HP, 10 parts water,] rinse using about a cup of this, then rinse with fresh water...Jayd

You can also put some aloe vera jel on it too, just smooth it in.

Thanks Judy. I'll put some on her today. The good news is it is healing fast. It really was a very small cut. Thanks for all the help.
