Very Scruffy!! Is this normal molt?

Biscotti is having his first big molt. He will be 11 mo. on Sat. He has been losing the fluffy downy feathers for a couple months & is now beginning to lose bigger feathers. So far 2 big flight feathers & several red tail feathers. His chest looks very scruffy, is this normal looking for the first big molt? He seems to feel & act perfectly normal... wilder than a March Hare!! Very vocal, playing & eating all normal. His back looks fine, I have added a couple pics of his front & back. Please just let me know if this looks normal, I'm a worried bird mom. Thank you!!

Many parrots even look worse than that when molting so not to worry.

Thank you both so much!! I am relieved, he seems so fine but didn't want to be ignoring something that could indicate a problem.
