Hay Folks!

Alfie and I would just like to wish all our Forum Friends a very merry christmas!

We started about a fortnight ago trying to teach her to say Merry Christmas, and so far, she says "christmas" and "hello Mary (merry!)"!

Who knows - she might put the two together, but it's the thought that counts, and we mean every word!

Lyn, that is so funny, for all your holiday efforts with Alfie, she may take up calling you Mary from now on. I hope this season brings all the best to your home, family and friends. I love the little hat on Alfie's photo too.

Ha Ha Ha! You've got your work cut out there Lyn! Luckily you know who "Mary" is - imagine if you'd been away for the weekend and Alfie chirps up "Hello Mary" - what on earth had David been up to while you'd been away!!! :laugh:

We put our decorations up last night and Alfie totally gobsmacked us when she landed on the tree while we were putting it together! She's getting soooo brave!!

Here are some pics of her getting into the christmas spirit - literally!

 

 

I think she must have read my poem and said to herself "I'm not frightened at all!"!

Although she hasn't gotten quite so close since the lights and baubles went on!
