  1. All, As no one here controls the domain name greyforums.net, and it could expire or be transferred or sold.... greyforums.org has been secured as a backup domain. Should one day we loose the domain for whatever reason, the site will be transferred to greyforums.org The domain will then be transferred to Taylon. I have no reason to believe the domain will go away, but I want you guys to always have the information stored here. After everything was repaired, I just got to thinking about it and want to have a back up plan. Backups are for emergencies only, so no worries. Just being safe.

  3. My CAG's goal in life is to remove the clacker from any bell a toy might have. He's obsessed with bells -- until that clacker is removed, he cannot resume normal life. lol On the plus side, I never hear incessant annoying ringing bells sounds here. I give mine an assortment of permanent-ish toys (which I rotate) and ones that are meant for immediate destruction. He also gets cardboard he can shred and throw onto the floor in a million pieces. As long as he's entertained (and safe!) I encourage this!

  4. Mine also, I use that same one sometimes and another very similar one alternately.

  6. The best I have found is Higgins Premium Mayan Harvest Yucatan. I give it to all my birds from CAGs down to the little guys - conures. They act like I'm bringing out the crack cocaine when they see me with the bag. They only get it once every couple of weeks or so as a treat. I love it because GreycieMae comes back with star anise and spearmint breath. She smells delish after she eats this stuff. Have a look at the ingredients, it's some super stuff.

  7. They don't lie down to sleep. Short of play time when mine might lie on his back for me, mine always sleeps standing on one leg.

  8. I don't think they do. If you watch birds in the wild, the only time they aren't perching is when they are nesting to reproduce. I think perching is their "natural" sleep position.
