I think this game could be fun.

I thought this could be a fun, and simple game. All you have to do is post things you want people to know; it can be random facts, folklore, gossip, or whatever. As always keep it fun, and family friendly.

Did you know…

Upon the launching of a newly completed ship, a bottle of champagne is usually smashed over the bow to christen it. The origins of this are a little unclear and can vary slightly from culture to culture, but for the most part it is believed that blood or wine, depending on the particular culture, was originally used as a sacrifice to the gods of the sea to allow for a smooth passage.

2. I love music, and more than anything I listen to electronic music. Mostly Dubstep, and Drum and Bass.

What irks me most is: When I'm in a restaurant and someone blows their nose at the table next to me!

Then the next poster composes a poem featuring that word and then leaves a new word. The poem must be at least three lines long. For example:

Alright here's how it is. The game is pretty simple.

-The first person starts with the letter A as the first letter in their post, then the next post starts with B, then C, then D, and so on.

-Once it gets to the letter Z, just start back with A.

-No skipping letters!

Example:

Bob: Alligators are cool.

Joe: Boo, alligators suck. I got bitten once at the zoo.

Zack: Can you guys stop fighting

Joe: Dude, we're not fighting

Or something like that. The conversation can pretty much be about anything.

But. Here goes. The way I navigate the site, is I go to Forums, and then click on What's New. Lately, there seems to be more new posts in the Game Room than anywhere else, so that's what's dominating the What's New area. To me, the games posts tend to proliferate like clutter. I'd never suggest getting rid of them, but is there a way to configure the board so that they don't appear in the What's New section? In other words, to play the games, you'd have to actually go to the Games area of the forum? And the What's New section could just contain all the new bird-related posts?

Again, it's just an idea. I don't know if it's feasible, or if it would even be desirable to others.

This game may take some reserach on the part of the person giving the awnser but we can learn more about our feathered friends.
